Kos Castle is situated just by the Harbour. There is a cost for entrance and you can buy tickets at the door.
There is also a local tourist bus which has different routes around the Island.
Remember to take your passports and change some money for Euros, prices could be a bit more expensive than Turkey for shopping and food.
